Surrounding Area Building Work:
This work entails 55 five star condominiums being built the work is scheduled to be completed by September 2007. The width of the construction site is approximately 160 metres and starts approximately 15 metres from the hotel's boundary line. A screen wall is in place and any disruption, is at a minimum.
